Yes. Your exhibitor name used for printed materials and other promotional items is asked to be registered through "Online exhibitor page". It is possible to register either by company name or brand name. It is also possible to put co-exhibitor names.
The size of the booth is dependent of variety of variables: The size of the items to be exhibited, the number of staff in the booth and the nature of the displays. The organiser can be contacted for advice.
Cancellation fee will be required for a reduction in size. To increase the number of the booth it depends on the available space remaining. In either case, please contact the organiser immediately.
Yes, The organiser will provide stock space. But the space is limited, unlocked and will be shared with other exhibitors. The organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage. Therefore, the organiser highly recommends exhibitors that all packing material be kept inside your booth space, or consult your forwarder.

Yes. all exhibitors will be able to list themselves up in the Exhibitor search on the official website. You can announce it in advance using this system. For registration for exhibibtor search, please go to Online exhibitor page and regiter web catalogue.

To enhance dissemination of information via SNS, the organiser allows the exhibitors and visitors to photograph and videotape at the venue.
However, the organiser still has been strengthening its strict regulations on intellectual property rights of exhibits in order to support exhibitors in the fight against product and brand piracy, as well as informing to both exhibitors and visitors that "Ban on photographing sticker'' shows the will the exhibitor would not like to be photographed / videotaped.
The organiser will issue permission armbands to the approved press. In this case, the press must first ask the exhibitor for permission to take photographs of the booth.

These directories have nothing to do with the official exhibitor directory as issued by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH.
These companies are trying to get you to pay for an entry in their exhibitor directory using the subject heading of "Datenkontrolle" or “data update". If you want to appear only in the official exhibitor directory as issued by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH, then please decline these offers.
The official exhibitor directory as well as all online media are strictly issued by Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH in collaboration with Messe Frankfurt Medien und Service GmbH.
If you have been accepted as an exhibitor at one of our trade fair events, then rest assured that your basic entry will appear in the official exhibitor directory and the online media.
